Nestled along the banks of the Gonubie River, this modern H-formation farmhouse reimagines rural living with clean lines and warm, rustic charm. The design contrasts exposed timber beams with slick, full-skim ceilings, creating a balance between tradition and modernity. At its heart lies an open-plan kitchen with a central fireplace, fostering connection and comfort. All living areas open onto a classic farm-style stoep, while a separate yet elegant pool anchors the courtyard—bringing light, symmetry, and leisure to the centre of the home.
